Extra Tall High Flow Coarse Pre Filter Element - Model LFA120
The LFA120 is a giant coarse pre filter cartridge with an exceptional 663 mm body length and 91 mm diameter. Engineered for central compressed air systems with very high flow demand, it captures solid contaminants down to 25 microns including rust, scale, and dust, while reducing residual oil content to 5 ppm. The deep micro fiberglass depth media provides maximum dirt holding capacity with extremely low flow resistance.
Rated at 19.0 Nm3/min, this element supports main plant headers, multiple high consumption laser cutting tables, large electronics assembly halls, and heavy sandblasting systems running continuous shifts. Clean pressure drop remains ≤0.01 bar, delivering 5-7% energy savings over the 8000 hour service life. Weight is 1.3 kg.
The LFA120 requires filter housings with sufficient vertical clearance for its 663 mm height. Engineering plastic end caps and Buna-N seals ensure reliable operation from 1.5 to 80°C and pressures up to 2.0 MPa.
